Choosing the match flue gas desulphrization(FGD) technique is the key to achieve desulphrizing for the coal fired power plants. Without right technique choice, it can't access the expectant result,and the coal fired power plants can't operate well. So.comprehensive evaluating of the FGD is apparently important for the selection of FGD.There are so many complex restrications of FGD technique evaluation which affect each other, and the engineers' working experience has much with the evaluating process too. According to above characteristics and the review of FGD evaluation, the object, method, index, index weight and the index subordinate function for evaluating were set up in this thesis. After studying on expert system for comprehensive evaluation of FGD technique for coal-fired plants,the knowledge base and inference engine were constructed by the fuzzy decision and expert system methodology. In oder to bulid the expert system, the available knowledge and how to acquire or express knowledge were first established, and the inference engine was formed by positive-negative inference tactics.Blocked design method was used in the reseach and devoloping of software and Visual C++&Microsoft Access were chosen as the program language. Through collecting the parameters of coal-fired plants and applying the inferening the knowledge, the system could provide optimized strategy for the plants by fuzzy decision calculating.
