It's obvious that the development of an organization relies on continual cooperation and effort of every member, so the inspiring of working enthusiasm becomes a basic issue in organization management. JY Pharmaceuticals Co.Ltd is a recently created small and medium-sized pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises, the rapid pace of development, particularly the management of enterprises in the early human resources management has been far from being able to meet the company's development requirements. How in the fierce competition at the position, all member companies on how to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative and develop their potential, become urgent problems.Based on the current status of private medicine enterprise and the development situation of HR management of JY Pharmaceuticals Co.,Ltd.. By using the need hierarchy theory, expectations theory, two-factor theory, the theory of Goal Setting and motivation part of equitable principles theory, this paper analyzed and studied the motivation and management situation of JY enterprise. Then it designed and established the motivation system for JY, which includes payment motivation, training motivation, achievement motivation and spirit motivation. Also it predicts the effect of the motivation system and puts forward some suggestions for implementation.
