| At present,the market competition is increasingly fierce.Enterprises are improving their competitiveness through technological innovation and management innovation,and employees are the main factors of innovation.Therefore,the motivation for employees are particularly important.By setting up a reasonable motivation mechanism,business goals and individual goals can be effectively integrated.While the company achieves its goals,the employees have personal development,and the realization of personal goals has also promoted the development of the company.Based on the existing research on employee motivation at home and abroad,this paper takes GD company as the research object,deeply analyzes and explores the motivation mechanism of GD front-line employees.Through research,it has been found that there exist some problems in current motivation mechanism of GD company.First,the structure of salary and welfare is relatively simple.Second,there don’t have enough training for employees.Third,the perfect performance appraisal system has not established.Forth,there is no good plan for employee career planning.Based on the summary on the existing literature review,this paper considers that the GD company should fully understand the demand of front-line staff,and establish a reasonable motivation system.At the same time,it must establish a security system to ensure the implementation of the motivation system and create a good atmosphere for the implementation.So that,it can play better motivation effect.GD companies should also use motivation plans to regulate and constrain employees’ behavior and improve their personal quality.According to the analysis of the actual situation of GD company,this paper puts forward the improvement measures and optimization plan for salary and welfare,performance appraisal,staff training and employee career planning.Finally,this paper gives some safeguard measures to ensure effective implementation of motivation plans,such as creating a good working environment,enhancing effective communication among employees,and shaping excellent corporate culture.GD company should fully understand the needs of staff and the characteristics of the company itself,establish an motivation system which suits itself and complies with the trend.The research of GD company can provide some references for the establishment of the motivation plans for the front-line employees in the future,and it also helps the other companies in the natural gas industry to establish their own motivation mechanism.In addition,this paper only gives a overall framework of the motivation mechanism.There are differences between different enterprises,they need to use the motivation mechanism according to their actual situation.The author will also conduct further research in the future. |
