After dealing with the contracture characteristic of dying machine, the flow status of working and the parameters set in productive progress, also supported by the data under MCU control, a model with two channel couple, time delay and parameters varying are discussed in this paper. By means of self-tuning control based on parameters identification and inner model control, the system channels decouple and adaptive control are developed. Mean while, the system performance is improved even if there exists an error of parameters identification.In application, a distributed control system which communicates by RS485 is introduced. It consists of PC as master and AVR MCU as slave. Because of high speed, large RAM and easy to program, PC acts a important role on parameter identification algorithm and the interface between constructors and controller. While the adaptive control algorithm is performed in AVR MCU, also sending sample data receiving parameters and other control tasks.
