It exists many irregularity sectors in the conduit system of New Type Dry-Process Cement Production besides long and straight sectors.Calciner gooseneck and exhaust piping are the typical winding pipes.And fluid in the sector are all turbulence,it has complex movement,generally can induct frictional secondary flow to produce big scale swirl to bring part obstacle.Accordingly,it can make grave effect on fluid system resistence pressure and caloric conversion.So it could achieve a satisfactory working situation by modulating the geometry or else parameter by finding out these informations to control the secondary flow in the pipes.Due to the limited experiment condition,it prolongs the periods and fares just by the cold-model experiment to research capability of pipes.At present, the research emphasis of the preheater system has transferred integral character to the flow details .Using the computer technology to solve problems is extremely important.The method of flow field numerical simulation,it's the newly developed results of Modern digital Computer,numerical analysis,Computation fluid mechanics from 70s.This simulation based on computational fluid mechanics axiom,establishing various basic conservation equations of complex condition,accordingly could gained the space-time distributing situation of each variable in the whole flow field.Mainly with turbulent numerical simulation research on the flow field moving rules in the kiln pipes,so it could optimize structure and cut the research periodic,having the important project application value.In this paper,mainly used cold model experiment and joined CFD simulation,made a analyse about 3-D flow field,resistence pressure and materials dispersion in the pipes.Compare with documentations,the results accorded well.It proved that the experimental method is right,the conclusion has reference value.
