Basic Brilliant Green is the familiar dye in dye-industry,it is the bio-refactory dye,the treatment effect is bad if was used the tranditional bio-chemical process.It is very valuable to disscuss and search the effective treatment process . The effects of cell voltage and original solution concentration on the removal efficiency were inspected under static condition.It also studies on the biodegradability of waste water under different treatment time,the result shows that BOD5/COD was more than 0.3 after being degrading for 40 min, presenting a favorable condition for follow-up biological treatment.The waste water , both before being oxidated and after oxidated,was investigated by cyclic voltammetry curve,ultraviolet spectrum and IR.It is indicated that the basic brilliant green was oxided in electrobath by the·OH ,and the chromogenic conjugator of triphenylmethane molecule structure was destroyed.The center carbon atom of the dye molecular which was attracted by·OH make into mellow compound.Then C-C bond broke into small molecule.The effects of HRT and position in reactor on the removal rate of waste water were discussed under dynamic condition.The results show that the optimum ratio of length to width is 15/4,the optimum HRT is 50 min with the consider of treatment effect and energy cost.It is deduced that the mathematics model of voltage distribution in three-dimensional electrode reactor is V 1= ??? B1r+Br22???cosθ.The formula of theory input power is (-)-.There was a significant correlation(R2>0.98) among the values . Experiment results indicated that the reaction is first-order to Basic Brilliant Green under the experiment condition,the equation isυA= ?dCA/ dt=5.62×10?4CA.
