The treatment of wastewater by electrochemical degradation on three-dimensional electrode coupling Fenton method has been investigated in this paper. Various influence factors such as time, applied voltage, initial pH and initial of phenol concentration were examined, and the optimal operation condition was confirmed. At the same time the discipline of the hydrogen dioxide was analyzed in the experiment. The optimal condition were that voltage is 8V,electrolyses time is 120 min,initial pH is 3,temperature is 50℃,current density is 8mA/cm2.The experimental result shows that three dimensional electrode-Fenton method which could utilize the direct oxidation of anode , the indirect oxidation of·OH produced on the anode and the indirect oxidation of H2O2 produced on the cathode can achieve very good degradation and save energy。And three-dimensional electrode-Fenton method is much higher than that of three-dimensional electrode or Fenton method.
