Mineral Processing Research On HeiShiLaZi Mine

The mine of heishilazhi includes 3 classes of mineral , most of them are magnetite, hematite, siderite, chalcopyrite. The grade of iron is about 25%-30%. The samples of this test include 4 classes :the samples above the surface , the samples above -200 meters,the samples between -200 and -700 meters, the samples below -700 meters.These test mainly deal with the samples above -200 meters , 2 types of mineral processing test are experimented. One is successive milling , low intensity magnetic ore dressing ,high intensity magnetic ore dressing , and inverse floatation sequence . In this technics , the grade of the concentrade can reach 66. 50% , the grade of the gangue can reach 13. 48% . The other is successive milling, gravitational ore dressing , magnetic seperation sequenc . In this technics , the grade of the concenrtade can reach 65. 05% , the grade of the gangue can reach 12. 57%.
