Titanium alloy is a widespread metal structure material in the aviation industry applies. The microstructure and performance of titanium is relatively sensitive to heating craft parameter in distorting process, and suitable heating craft parameter range is narrowed , and then it is in difficulty to obtain ideal microstructure and performance with the common forging technique. So the deformation mechanism in forging process of titanium alloy is studied lays an important role in practice.The high temperature distorting process causes the metal microscopic organization to occur a series of evolutions, and decided the product mechanics performance. According to craft parameter which prearranges, to forecast product thermal distorting process and forecast its microscopic organization and mechanics performance is the main question which must be solved in producing technology.This article in the analysis distorting temperature, the distorting speed as well as the distorting degree in the foundation which affects to the TC6 alloy microscopic organization, according to two titanium alloy formed characteristics, has established titanium alloy construction relational model in certain forging thermal energy parameter range, used the genetic algorithm to carry on the optimization to in this model material constant, used the finite element to carry on the three dimensional simulation analysis to the titanium alloy forging process, analyzed the influence of depress the quantity and the distorting temperature and the raised mold speed and the friction factor to stress strain in distorting process, in order to optimize the titanium alloy uniform temperature forging craft to provide support. in the theory and the technicalAnd in different distorting temperature, under the raised mold speed and the friction condition it is studied to the titanium alloy plate uniform temperature forging process microscopic organization, obtained the distorting craft parameter to the equivalent strain, equivalent stress and crystal grain size influence rule, also obtained displacement load curve under each distorting condition. This research work has a important guiding sense to the actual production.
