The Research On Computer Control System Of Double Sides High-Speed NC Lapping Machine

To meet the requirement for social evolution, this paper develops a new kind of computer control system for double-side high-speed NC lapping machine and makes manufacture a double-side high-speed NC lapping machine.The control system can increase reliability and efficiency of machining and automatization level,at the same time,reduce cost and decrease auxiliary time.The compiling of control system soft is based on DELPHI language,using series ports communication implement continuous control for spindle speed and lapping machining displacement.Because of the sequence of speed control,the impact between of workpiece and lapping tool is reduced and the workpiece surface quality is improved.The control system possess on-line detection function,which can realise required accuracy.In addition,the system can control for cooling system and pneumatic system of the lapping machine automatically.Through practical test,it is proved that the whole control system is in good order and run steady.Every part of the control system is working order and reaches the design reguirement.The machine not only makes the foundation of product development,but also has the ulility value and widest market.
