This thesis simulates Malaysian palm oil production Wastewater quality, by the analysis of palm oil Wastewater quality character and each kind of oily Wastewater treatment technical, determine suitable treatment technical, and then carry out essential technical section modeling experiment. By the anoxic condition biological raising and the biology cultivating, researches the treatment ability of the anoxic biological treatment to this kind of Wastewater, verifies whether may processing through the biochemistry to carry out effective degeneration to the palm oil, thus obtains the feasibility of technical, and then provides the valuable reference for the entire equipment development.This thesis has mainly completed the simulation experiment and the complete equipment development, mainly includes: anoxic biochemistry experiment, gas floating experiment, UASB reactor development, the oil separating reactor development and the biological reactor development. In the biological reactor development, has absorbed more biological processor technical superiority, proposed one kind of new reactor model to the difficult degradation organic Wastewater, this reactor innovation place mainly includes: (1) Through the simple physical method, bigly concentrates the bacteria which participation biochemistry reaction as far as possible, enhances the reactor volume load; (2) combine the aerobic biochemistry reaction and anoxic biochemistry reaction in the same one reactor, forms the aerobic deficit and anoxic deficit in the space, makes the biological type which the participation biochemistry reaction greatly to increase, enhances the biochemistry reaction efficiency; (3) Through the simple measure, to improve aeration way and the water flowing way, enhances in the reactor the hydraulic performance, provides a better environment to guarantee highly effective biochemistry reaction.Because the experiment installation is simple, the result of anoxic experiment is not satisfying, through a month-long sludge raise and 15 week-long sludge cultivating , obtains the palm oil Wastewater oil removing rate is 23.42%. But this result also showed that, through the biological treatment method is can degrade the palm oil, but the reactor form needs to do more control and improvement, the ordinary biochemistry reactor is not suitable to treat this kind of Wastewater. Therefore from the project and the technical side, develops the reactor equipment improvement is extremely essential, the science installment design is highly effective,which is a precondition guarantee for the technical succeed.
