This paper reviews the situation of internal and external present research about the merit and demerit of the technology of continuous metal cast process and rolling, studies the problem and the technology characteristics of against CSP deep drawing steel production in Hamden.The rule of austenite re-crystallization plays a very important role for the actual production process control. It is crucial to study the affection of different conditions of re-crystallization of the development of controlled rolling process, optimize the structure and properties against CSP production line. Through physical simulation and mathematical models to simulate the hot-rolled steel microstructure evolution, is one of the effective mechanical properties ways of steel forecasting.In this paper, the thermal simulation technology for CSP production line deep drawing steel deformation in the process of re-crystallization behavior was studied. The main studying includes that: A different deformation under conditions of single-pass and two-pass compression. On the basis of experiments, this paper analyses the relationship of rolling process parameters such as deformation temperature, degree of deformation rate and the flow stress between variable size,the percent of re-crystallization softening. Analysis shows: deformation temperature, deformation process, degree on dynamic re-crystallization, dynamic response, Static re-crystallization, and other physical phenomena of metallurgy plays an important role; the level of deforming determinate the process of re-crystallization in deforming. Meanwhile, the rolling process parameters on the size of the flow stress fluctuations had strong effect.Moreover, in reference to the existing model of the physical metallurgy, on the basis of experimental data return the establishment of the kind of steel flow stress-strain model, the critical strain model and dynamic re-crystallization softening percentage model. Comparative data obtained through: experimental conditions under which the model has higher precision. These models to predict the actual scores re-crystallization reasonable, the control process provide a theoretical basis.
