Drawbead is used widely in industry, due to simple configuration and used convenience. but there is not a fast and effectual mehod to design drawbead, because of complexity of drawbead mechancis characters and influence in sheet forming. Furthermore, because shorten product empolder periods and reduce empoldered cost become mostly measure to compete, the design of drawbead is more attented by people.In this paper, the optimization design rule of drawbead which is based on force and based on forming was put forward, and corresponding optimization mathematical model of drawbead was established, based on previous research about the principle of deformation features and mechanical characters, and analysis about composing characters of drawbead force and lt's influence principle to subsequent forming of sheet metal.In this paper, drawbead converse optimization arithmetic, DDCOP arithmetic, was put forward, based on the research and contrast of optimization arithmetic, the analysis of influencing factor of drawbead energetic parameters and the fact of finite element simulation. DDCOP arithmetic realizes successfully converse design of drawbead, in the method of combining restraint variable-metric method and quasi-discrete method. DDCOP arithmetic has upper calculated capacity and stabilityBase on the above research , drawbead converse optimization design system was empolder which based on finite element simulation, making used of secondary empoldered technology o《fMarc》software, through programming in Python. In this paper, corresponding experiment was made to prove the result of circle drawbead converse optimization reliability.
