The technology of cement processing with preheater and calciner is the most advanced technology at present in cement industry. Calciner is the most important equipment of the cement industry. The function of calciner affect the stabilization and the capability of system. In order to probe its interior rules and get instructive information for systematic diagnosis,optimization of system design and systematical combination, and developing new technology, this paper focuses on the calciner system as subject, establishing the mathematical model of the coal burning rate and the decomposing rate of carbonate. The mathematical model is verified by some existing systems. A series of simulation experiments are carried out and some corresponding rules among some system parameters and the main performances of the system are obtained.In order to establish the mathematical model of the coal burning rate, The mostimportant mean is looking for the correspond to parameter. The burning time is the parameter what should be selected .That is related with not only the characteristic of fuel but also the industry parameters. According to the burning time , author set up the mathematics model of the coal burning rate. The decomposing rate of carbonate lies on balance principle of quality and energy . The reliability of the simulating result lies on dependability of the model, so the program structure and function of the model are verified in the paper in order that the models are better able to describe the real system and the validation of the model has been done by the data of the production as well. The validating result shows that the models of simulation are reasonable and are able to basically describe the real system.Fu W B etc provide the new idea of the coal burning chemical kinetics parameter, The emphasis of it is that try to reveal the macro-general rules of coal combustion theories and to provide the simpler,unified coal combustion theories for science and technology workers. He consider that kinetics parameters of char combustion, in which the activation energy ,E is independent of coal properties and only varies with the temperature of the char particle and the frequency factor of char oxidation, ko,ch is dependent on coal properties during its burning in air. At the same time, he give the a fited relationship between ko,ch and coal properties, applicable to any kind of coal...
