| To prolong the life of blast furnace, the effective measurement is to press and mend the line of blast furnace. In this paper, to overcome the shrink is big when the traditional water system injection mix dried, the water and material delaminate, the caking property is worse, and the chemical erosion is big, so the thermoplastic resin is used as binder, make use of the C bonding to enhance the high temperature strength and service performance.Research on the main body materials, C conclude materials, clay materials and agglutinant, the kind of binder and the adding proportion, measure the high temperature strength, resistant on the erosion of alkali, abrasion, caking property and so on, and via X-ray, lithofacies analysis to analysize the reason of effection on pprperty.The conclusions have obtained from the experiment: the injection's high temperature strength and abrasion determined on the sinter degree at 1000℃ and the C bonding degree. The third class bauxite, coke, clay are the basic material, the addition of clay, bentonite, binder is 18%, 2% and 20%, in this propotion the injection mix's construction capability is best, and it is easy to sinter. At the same time, the viscosity and breed of resin have effect on the property of injection mix. In this experiment, the good fluid, high adhesive strength, high temperature strength, good abrasion and erosion-resistance blast furnace thermal state injection repairing mix have developed. |
