The advanced resin film infusion technology is a resin infusion technique which is combinative with fibre prefabricated parts. It introduces the traditional vacuum bag pressing moulding method and excuses resin computational injection equipments and double-side mould's machining. Then this technology is not only fabricating excellent produces but also greatly reducing their cost. Therefore, RFI technology has taken the lead in developing in avigation and watercraft manufacture field.This text investigates epoxy resin recipes and techniques which is the same with RFI by the numbers. According to compare in consistency and gelation time, and combine the whole resin's viscidity, the optimal proportions are : F-51/DDS/PES=100:30:3.5, confirming infusion time:30~40min and infusion temperature: 110℃. Fourier transform infraredand differential scanning calorimetry are used to analyze the reaction mechanisms, and confirm the best curing technique of 125 ℃/1h+150℃/2h+180℃/2h. And the curing kinetics of F-51/DDS/PES is studied. The apparent activation energy AE, pre-exponential factor A and the curing reaction order n were calculated. Finally this resin film has favorable mechanics capability and endures heat capability.BMI system has been considered in the use of RFI. Confirming infusion temperature:120℃ and infusion time: 25~30min. And confirming the best curing technique of 130℃/2h+160℃/2h+180℃/2h. Thermogravimetic analysis (TGA) is used to gain thermal decomposition temperature. Comparing epoxy resin system, heat-durability is improved explicitly, but viscidity is also increased. This is disadvantage for resin film infusion technology.The permeability represents the most crucial parameter for reinforced material's permeability in the resin film infusion. With improving of fibre volume content, the permeability non-line falls. So the change of fibre volume content brings into play influence in the whole resin infusing fibre prefabricated parts. Combining the relation between viscidity and temperature, the viscidity is ascending gently along with time isprolonging in 110°C, and it ascends notability after 40min. So the broad and low viscidity's table can be offered in time segment in infusing prefabricate parts. The the one-dimensional rheological model is:Intj =-13.144+ 7728/T + texp(l 8.721-8916.7/T)The one-dimensional flow model based on resin flow peculiarity is established. Combined with numerical simulation, the infusing height, flow velocity and press distributing rule are summarized. So they are important for designing dimension of configuration and optimizing the parameter of vacuum solidify mounding process for high performance composites.
