The vertical polypropylene infusion bag is a soft bag which is made of material polypropylene through molding. It can be self emptying without air circuit and air pressure in the process of infusion. It not only eliminate the air pollution but also to solve the problem of soft bag micro leakage. The gas-liquid ratio in the infusion bag is one of the important reasons that affect the performance of the infusion bag. Considering evacuation under the premise of the dripping speed of liquid medicine and also taking into account the cost reduction using Bernoulli equation and flow equation to calculate the min pressure. The flow field is based on CFD analysis method to simulate the vertical polypropylene infusion bag internal flow field,.In order to get the best of gas-liquid ratio and to improve the overall performance of the vertical polypropylene. The main work of this paper is as follows:The first chapter,using the Bernoulli equation, energy equation and pipeline loss in the fluid mechanics, the conditions for the evacuation of the vertical polypropylene infusion bag under the condition of the dropping velocity of the emptying time were obtained.The second chapter,three-dimensional modeling of the vertical polypropylene infusion bag by UG7.0 based on the computational fluid dynamics using CFD software to simulate and analyze the vertical polypropylene infusion bag.The third chapter,The pressure field and velocity field in the process of 100ml,250ml and 500ml were simulated. Through the numerical simulation, we get the experimental model of the optimal evacuation condition of the volume of the infusion bottle, and provide the basis for the company to develop new products.The fourth chapter,By building the experimental platform,using the knowledge of physical to obtain a method of pressure measurement in the infusion bag and the human body static pressure simulation device.Through experiments that known in the infusion bag pressure and dripping speed variation and the optimum gas-liquid ratio experiments known three infusion bag of optimum gas-liquid ratio and using MATLAB curve fitting of the parameters obtained within the interval objective function. Optimal gas-liquid ratio parameter combination for an arbitrary volume infusion bag.The three-dimensional modeling of the vertical polypropylene infusion bag is carried out by selecting a set of gas-liquid ratio data in the interval, and the experimental data are verified by CFD simulation.On the based of hydrodynamics not only improve efficiency but also reduce costs.By access to the optimum gas-liquid ratio parameters for the target, to vertical polypropylene infusion bag were related theory calculation, and flow field numerical simulation is carried out on the vertical polypropylene infusion process, selecting the parameters of the orthogonal test, test platform is built, using MATLAB to curve fitting of experimental data, for vertical polypropylene infusion bag infusion process simulation research and development provides reference and ideas.
