Against to the running conditions of bag type collector, the article analyzed the reason which made the air current distribution uneven and proposed the improvement of which modify the structure of inlet and add guide plate in under box. It had been obtained the flow field,the pressure field and the streamline and so on before and after improvement with the software of FLUENT. The computation indicated that, before improvement the air current distribution is very uneven, and the specific flux of filter pockets in the front is smaller than in the center and the end , that is easy to cause the filter pockets to vibrate and accelerate the filter pockets to wear, all the questions appeared were basically compliance with the running condition; The pressure filed and the air flow distribution is improved much more than before, the air flow distribution is basically even, the speed between filter pockets is obviously reduced; According to the direction change of air current before filter pockets entrance , there is a optimal quantity of flue gas ; The computational value is basically agree with the experimental value . The result indicated that the air current distribution is much better after the entrance structure is improved and appropriate guide plates are added, the conclusion can be reference to performance,improve and design bag type collector.
