Based on the detailed materials, the paper established a set of evaluative index system of urban ecosustem health, and comparatively assessed the health condition of the Weihai, Harbin and Beijing urban ecosystem health from vertical and horizontal aspects through use of a fuzzy logic approach on entropy weight and relatively subordinate degrees matrix Furthermore, the author points out some restricting elements in three urban ecosystems to provide policy-making basis for policy makers.The results showed that: (1) In the past six years, Weihai City has increased steadily along the lines of sustainable development. Its main reason is: Controlling work of natural growth rate of population achieves remarkable success, the urban construction step speeds up, the environmental protection further strengthens, the national economy develops rapidly and soundly, the income of urban and rural residents increases stably. But the basic infrastructure still lags behind relatively, environmental protection must be strengthening continually, the tertiary industry develops weakly and the tourism develops unreasonably. (2) Harbin urban ecosystem has been at unhealthy level. Its main reason is: immigrant population made a great contribution to increasing of Harbin City's population The population increases rapidly, the environment is seriously polluted; the economical and technical level is lower, the tourism developts slowly. (3) Beijing City's overall development is relatively healthy. Its main reasonis: The city infrastructure is relatively perfect, the national economy keeps growing. But large volume of population leads to resource shortage, environmental pollution. In addition, Beijing City's investment environment is adverse, the market is not developed fully and etc.
