As a large country of great home appliances production and consumption, China has a high popularization of appliances and upgrade speed. Those led to a large number of old home appliances. Improper handling means will lead to severe environmental pollution and waste of resources. To establish a comprehensive system of Waste Electrical Reverse Logistics is a key problem of home appliances recycling. The recovery activities of waste Electrical Appliances are core components of the reverse logistics activities. At first, according to the different ways of recycling Waste Home Appliances, three representative basic recovery models were defined in this paper, which are Waste Electrical Simple Recycling Model, Individual Processing Plants Model, Multi-channel acquisition and Mass Processing Model. Then, according to environmental load and resource utilization in the Waste Electrical the process of recovery, life cycle assessment was used as a tool to construct a model of environmental factors Waste Electrical recovery model. Process of life cycle assessment, namely: setting goals, defining the scope, analysis of energy consumption and pollution emission inventories, the data classification and characteristics processing. Indicators weight and Comprehensive Evaluation, Etc. Based on the data collected of Guiyu, a town in Guangdong Province, this paper estimates the environmental factors of three recycling models. Finally, this paper compares different models of recycling resources and environmental load. In view of the current status of the Waste Electrical recovery mode, this paper proposes a number of policy proposals to build and improve our reverse logistics system. For example, the government actively promotes Multi-channel acquisition and Mass Processing Model and avoids unreasonable recovery mode.
