In order to content to the need of technology and equipment with low cost and high efficiency that maching large breadth surface stone products of 900mm ~ 1200mm width in the home market, the common diamond circular saw blade will be divided into supporting function module, driving function module and cutting function module based on the seParate creation of innovation design principle and the design of modularization by studying the cutting function of common diamond circular saw blade. And three kinds of maching large breadth surface stone products combined circular saw blade will be bring forward based on the combination of innovation design principle by analysing, innovating,recommbining function modules.In this Paper, the finite element analysis is applied to study deformation, stress, mode of commbinde saw blade, providing the theory study and the design of produc of commbinde saw blade with the product data. First 3D models based on the design dimension of φ1800 mm combined circular saw blade are established by software of Pro/E;the software of ANSYS is mainly used to analyse the deformation and stress of cutting function module under the action of cutting force to study the rules of stress and deformation of combined saw blade and comParing to the common circular saw blade to analyse the advantages and disadvantages of each kine of combined saw blade;the vibration differential eguation of the circular saw blade is established based on the theory of elasticity mechanics and the software of ANSYS is used to finish their mode analysis,studying the relation of frequency and the shape of vibration and the analysis of dynamic performance of combined circular saw blade.And the effection of the centrifugal force and the dimension of cutting modle having on the circular saw blade is researched. According to the theory of elasticity mechanics,the stress math modle of the saw blade is set up and the effection of centrifugal force and cutting force on saw blade is finished by the software of Ansys.The research of combined saw blade is a new kind of one by synthesizing the present maching way,and it can make the diamond saw blade machining large breadth surface stone products which it reachs the two third of its diameter. And it can be directly applied to common disc saw machine, that guarantees the compatibility with original equipment and exPands the range of application. So the common disc saw machine can incarnate the characters of low cost and high efficiency in cutting large breadth surface stone product, and the new combined saw blade has strong vitality in market.The way of research and results are also fit to other circular saw blades which can be used to machining lumber,concrete, chinaware and so on, and have a common guidance meaning.
