Circular saw blade is a kind of good cutting tools, and is widely used in materials such as metal, stone, wood cutting and other industries. Due to the saw blade cutting at high speed, the cutting force is complex, easy to produce vibration. Circular saw blade vibration not only produce dramatic and noise, and affect the cutting precision and service life of the saw blade, study of saw blade vibration noise problem is of great significance.This paper by using the finite element ANSYS software to carry on the dynamic finite element calculation the circular saw blade, studied a variety of design scheme blade vibration problem. The main work includes the following several aspects:(1) The finite element modal analysis for a variety of design scheme circular saw blade, analysis of the radial slot and zonal trough to the influence of the blade natural frequency and modal, got the reasonable design scheme.(2) Analyses the structure parameters on the influence of the circular saw blade natural frequency and modal, analysis of the tooth, teeth, radial slot type, radial slot number and size, the influence of sandwich parameters such as damping.(3) Using traveling wave vibration theory to study the traveling wave vibration of circular saw blade cutting condition, for a better inhibition of saw blade vibration to choose reasonable speed.(4) According to the stability of circular saw blade problem, buckling analysis was carried out on the not slotting cutter saw blade and slotting cutter saw blade,analyzed the impact of slotting on the stability of circular saw blade. In the design of slot vibration to ensure the stability of circular saw blade, in order to avoid the unstability of the circular saw blade vibration.Through this topic research, the study of circular saw blade vibration has important theoretical significance, the dynamic optimization design of circular saw blade laid a theoretical foundation.
