Upflow anaerobic sludge bed (UASB) reactor is a high activity anaerobic treatment processes,and it is widespread in the world.Using UASB reactor treat juice produts on wastewater, with high COD and can be treated easily by biochemical process,has a extensive foreground. In this paper,long running experiment is research support and againsting running performance of UASB in present research,its reaction mechanism, running performance and effect factors are researched and studied.In the enable stage,grape-sugar is inlet.After 51 days,running state is stabilized,the removal ratios of COD gets to 80%-85%,volumatic loading is 5.0kgCOD/(m3·d),and VFA of yielding water and pH are all in good situation.Then,enable stage of reactor is finished.After the enable stage, reactor is acclimated by juice produts on wastewater.The experimental result shows that the removal ratios of COD rises gradually,but it also matches the condition for adding load.After 71 days,inlet COD is 5000mg/L ,and reactor is in a stabilized state. In this stage,its volumatic loading is 9.7 kgCOD/(m3·d),and the removal ratios of COD is between 75% and 80%.Acrroding to calculating linear relation about removal COD and output of CH4, the rate of grade is 0.6363,that is 63.63% of removal COD are converse to CH4.Changing running environment of rectoa,such as volumatic loading or pH,it is shown that UASB reactor has strong cushioning capacity.
