Planetary gear noise and vibration are primary concerns in their applications in the transmissions of marine vessels, aircrafts, automobiles, and heavy machinery. Dynamic analysis is essential to the noise and vibration reduction. This work analytically investigates some critical issues and advances.the understanding of planetary gear dynamics. Two parameter models are built for the dynamic analysis of planetary gear. The unique properties of the natural frequency spectra and vibration model are disserted. The special vibration properties are useful for subsequent research.Using Pro/E draws all the three-dimensional components , realizing Visualization , and all the components were assembled in the Pro/ENGINEER.The ingterface modle of the Pro/ENGINEER(MECHANISM/Pro) carries out entering the ADAMS. Make use of the ADAMS software to intervene the location stopping , the auxiliary acting force and calculating motion examining , ascertaining the motion lock to Sanwei drawings , carrying out all-round kinetic methods of analysis and simulate. Using Adams kinetic methods of analysis software checks coal mining machine of cut headquarter gear running system whinch carries out a kinematics simulating.
