In the produce procedure of the open-pit mine, the choice of the mining technique play an decisive role in the ex-investment and post-cost. So the evaluation of the mining technique during the exploration has a great sense. In this paper, take the HuoLinHe mine for instance, make an evaluation and selection of the mining technique. We also evaluate the mining technique condition for the integrity and rationality of this paper. The paper has analyzed the mining technique condition that influenced the evaluation and several kinds of mining technique in connection with the specific technique condition, apply the engineering Fuzzy Set Theory and knowledge, evaluating the adaptability of the whole mining technique condition from the mining technique itself, which is the decision element of the technique choice. This technique evaluation which based on the mining condition start with the essence of the choice, and also the foundation of the technique choice, evaluation and transformation. At last, we get the membership degree of the different technique which is from the miniature in the HuoLinHe mining area, that is which kind of technique fit the condition of the area well. We take the decision as the reference of the technique choice and transformation.
