This article takes the coal mine safety as the main purpose and takes the mine's man-machine-environment system as the object of study. The safety factors of man-machine-environment system have been systematically analyzed.On the basis of the analyzing the present safety assessment index system and combining with the coal mine facts, the safety assessment index system of mine is established. Using the fuzzy set-value statistical theory, this paper has given the man-machine-environment system definite method of appraisal index weight value, and the reliability of weights is analyzed.On the basis of the present safety assessment method, the mine fuzzy comprehensive assessment model is established, and it has been carried on practically. In view of insufficiency of safety grade which is determined by biggest membership grade principle and the fuzzy vector uniformization, this article applies the fuzzy characteristic quantity of safety grade to determine system safety grade.
