Safety Assessment On The Control System Of Inert Gas Plant During FPSO COW Based On Fuzzy-FMEA

With the increasing demand for oil and its consumption all over the world,offshore oil-extraction volume increases constantly.FPSO unit(Floating Production Storage and Offloading system),as the offshore oil-processing equipment with the unified functions of producing,storing,transporting and poweringof the marine oil industry,has played more and more important role of becoming the major producing means for the offshore oil and gas field development.Tank-washing in FPSO production is an important step in the process of the production,having a high risk.The tank-washing security evaluation will provide the basic reliance for the FPSO operational management in order to pre-control accidents through scientific management.With regard to protecting the sea areas of China from oily water pollution,this thesis has done the following researches:Firstly,this thesis analyses all kinds of risks during FPSO COW,introduces the methods,various systems and equipment requirements,as well as the steps of the FPSO COW.Secondly,this thesis introduces FMEA method,and analyses the actuality of control system of inert gas plant during FPSO COW.Specifies the boundary before actualizing FMEA,listing FMEA tables,and gains relevant values by investigating relative experts,and then figures out the RPN values for every failure modes,so as to get the sequence of the criticality of each failure.Thirdly,this thesis introduces the methods of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and Analytic Hierarchy Process in detail,transforming the investigation values to fuzzy matrixes relative to every failure modes,by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method, and gets the weight distribution of every failure mode by Analytic Hierarchy Process method.Accordingly,it assesses the overall system in precise.In order to make the assessment more clearly,this thesis anti-fuzzes the results and points out the safety rank of the control system of inert gas plant during FPSO COW.Finally,this thesis makes the conclusion that the actuality of control system of inert gas plant during FPSO COW is not very satisfying,which is very consistent with the actual investigation result.According to the actuality,this thesis gives out some advice about the control system of inert gas plant problems during FPSO COW,for the administration,oil companies,and workers.
