Under the laws of environmental protection and resourceprotection, recycle of water resource and some useful materialbecame more important in research. Under all these backgrounds,Membrane technology is one of the key technologies of improvingand ensuing the continuous development of society. Anoxidation-flocculation-multi medium filtration-safety filter-reverseosmosis process is reviewed to treat secondary effluent in onesewage treatment plant of Jiaxing. The results showed that thequality of pretreated water can meet the feed requirement ofreverse osmosis membranes, and the product water of reverseosmosis is satisfied with design criterion. The operating pressure isabout between 0.9Mpa and 1.4Mpa, the desalting rate is above99%. Practice indicates that PTP-0100 has better effect, the addingreagent is between 3mg/l and 5mg/l. Because of membrane fouling,flux will descend after a period of time, and chemical cleaning canresume about 90% of it's water flux. Research and development ofthis technology will open up a new way to solution of shortage ofwastewater treatment's scale in the city. It processes considerableeconomic benefit and environment benefit .Its application will havea good future in industry.
