With the rapid growth of population in the world,China city and speed up the process of industrialization,has brought great pressure to the water environment,water pollution and water resource shortage is increasing,in order to alleviate the problem of water shortage and the need to seek alternative clean water.Especially after the water ten release,the sewage market ushered in a new period of development.In all kinds of non clean water sources,the reuse of urban domestic sewage after advanced treatment must be the best way to solve the problem of water shortage.Water consumption in power generation industry is huge,so it is significant to study domestic wastewater reuse in power generation industry.This paper introduces the transformation of the water treatment equipment of 84.5MW unit in Huaneng Beijing thermal power plant.The boiler water treatment system water Chaobaihe Xiangyang gate from t he surface water treatment process,pretreatment with ion exchange,design water production capacity of Q = 2160 T/H.The system consumes a lot of acid and alkali,serious pollution of environment.The new system water source is Gaobeidian sewage treatmen t plant two grade sewage,the treatment craft is the ultrafiltration reverse osmosis and the ion exchange eliminates the salt,this project divides into two subsystems to carry on the processing,respectively is the pretreatment and the salt removal treatm ent.to ensure turbidity and pollution index(SDI)and other indicators to meet the requirements of subsequent equipment intake.In addition to salt treatment is divided into two steps of desalination pretreatment desalination and refined,pre desalination processing is mainly used for most of the inorganic salt ions removal,fine desalting treatment is mainly used for water desalination pretreatment for further desalination.The main pretreatment equipment used in this project is two stage reverse osmosis.The main treatment equipment is ion exchange device.Through debugging,the normal running water output of the system is 150T/H per column,and the maximum output of water supply to the main plant can be 540T/H continuously.The recovery rate of first st age reverse osmosis system is 90%,the reverse osmosis system of grade two is 75%,and the recovery rate of ion exchange desalting system reaches to 90%.The system can run stably.By using the new inlet water and reverse osmosis technology,operating cost s increased slightly,but the annual savings of 1632234 tons of surface water resources,waste acid and waste emissions and single ion exchange desalting system is reduced by 90% compared to greatly reduce the amount of power plant waste acid treatment,low power plant staff labor intensity,some reduce the waste of Beijing thermal power plant emissions of environmental pollution...
