As the world crude rubber consume continuously increasing, the environment problemthat crude rubber process caused become more and more outstanding.The waste water havehigh pollute density, water that it produced when process have great capacity, not behandled properly will seriously pollute surrounding environment.The wastewater pollutioncaused by the natural rubber processes has been making roughly to the developing ofrubber industry.A great deal of inquisition result and document showed that the washwastewater for natural rubber of domestic and international crude rubber processes,greatmajority, was treated with solidifies wastewater and flushes water etc.(namely wastewaterfor natural rubber). Treatment takes living creature method as corpus and take oxidizingpond(anaerobic process aerobic process and others) and anaerobic process, aerobic processas three greatest treatment.But,currently, the treatment process to wastewater for natural rubber of processing wasconsuming time, the processing efficient is lower, and have low efficient to recover theuseful resource like gum , and without basis on lately clean production to carry ondispersion processing of wash wastewater and solidifying wastewater.Because of the successful technical development in new Coagulation of latex, and withthe production that do not adding the ammonia ,do not adding the acid has been expandingbig area, the wastewater for natural rubber processing of the unit production will beencountering a certain decrease, in the wastewater for natural rubber processing theCoagulation of latex output of the wastewater will reduce consumedly, so the position ofthe wash wastewater for natural rubber processing highlight, and will occupy the more andmore important position. The object of this research is wash wastewater for natural rubberprocessing, in aim to increase recycling degree, shorten handle time, increase the wastewater reuse degree.Based on current treatment process,this research process the wash wastewater for naturalrubber processing to prepare treatment, and the most body bio-chemical treatment, themost body ammonia nitrogen taken off treatment by use of the method of coagulation,CMAS, light catalyst oxidizes technique. Studyed on effect of the coagulation treatment toSS, CODer ,CMAS to CODer, SS, UV/TiO2 light catalyst oxidize to NH3-N, surplusCOD, SS of the wastewater, acquired to best processing parameter of the manage unit inthe meantime.The experiment result expresses, the wash wastewater for natural rubber processingcould attain the exhaustion standard(new constructed first standard, but NH3-N secondstandard) by use of the method of coagulation, CMAS, light catalyst oxidizes technique.In the efficiently prepare handle of coagulation stage, the superior can do away with40%-45% CODcr and 82%-85% SS.Making use of the tower type experiment equip to treat the wash wastewater for naturalrubber processing processed by the efficiently prepare handle of coagulation stage .Thisstage can effectively do away with the CODcr, SS, which could create good experiment forfollow-up taking off nitrogen and removing surplus COD, SS. The result as follows:1.The best HRT of wastewater in device is 10h, in this time the removing rate of COD is70.2%, the SS is 81.4%;2.The most suitable oxygen density in device is 1.1mg/L, in this time the removing rate ofCOD, SS attains biggest, is 72.7%,83.2%.3.The removing rate of nitrogen of the device is very low.Under the best condition, the removing rate of NH3-N in the first stage of light catalystoxidizes is 68%(reach the second standard), in this condition the best removing rate ofCOD, SS is 25.4%, 4.1% .In the second stage of light catalyst oxidizes, under the bestcondition, the removing rate of surplus COD is 69.2%.Only satisfying regulating the pH at3.29, the removing rate of SS has already to 71.3%(reach the first standard).By many time experiment, the craft circulate stability, removal effective, can removethe above 96ï¼…COD,97ï¼…SS,80ï¼…NH3-N.From experiment result, when treated by preparedcoagulation, CMAS and light catalyst to oxidize processing, the wastewater can attain exhaustion standard(the profession lately sets up one class, the NH3-N is second class).This research apply coagulation and light catalyst technique to the pre and last ofoxidize oxygen processing, raised the processing effect, consumedly shorten handle time to16h or so.The study can provide certain technique support for the quickly and healthydevelopment of our country's crude rubber industry.
