As the country pay attention to environmental protection increasingly,the submersible sewage pump has been used more and more wildly as a indispensable equipment.Auto-coupled installation is the most common installation of the submersible sewage pump,in practice design and application,the device usually leaks and the fast interface usually parts from the device.The main reason is that the designers are devoid of theoretical guidance , usually design by their experience,which lead to the design method is blindness.As all of these, the main work is outlined as follow:1. The present situations of submersible sewage pump were summarized.Introduce the main characteristics of submersible sewage pump.Especially the auto-coupled device,the main structures among the world were summarized,analyzed the basis and meaning of this paper.2. The most difficult part of designing submersible sewage pumps auto-coupled device are the choice of auto-coupled locking angle and the position of the auto-coupled slant.In this paper,according to the force and moment analyzing and the practice situation,a design method was presented to solve this problem,and a basis to distinguish the performance of auto-coupled device was presented.3. In order to reduce the burden of the designers,based on .NET flat roof and using C#,according to the method before,developed the software about submersible sewage pumps auto-coupled device of the key parameters,the designers can get the relative design database by inputting design parameters.4. According to the Jiangsu torch plan item,designed the 800QW5000-14-280 submersible sewage pump auto-coupled device,it is the largest submersible sewage pump auto-coupled device in China, and validated the structure by analyzing the strength of it with ANSYS software,and guided the designers make some correspond methods about the stress focus point by the analyzing.
