The subject is using the safflower seed as the main raw material, adopting the high-tech food industry-supercritical extraction technology, extracting safflower seed oil by Carbon Dioxide fluid. Comparing with Soxhlet extraction method and solvent extraction method, realize supercritical extraction by Carbon Dioxide superiority; Do embed research on the infection of technics condition such as material before disposing and extractiong technics condition and so on, according to the signal factor test result, and then pass four factor two hypo-correctitude circumgyrate test design reply to extraction by Carbon Dioxide technics optimized; and then reply safflower seed and extraction by Carbon Dioxide gained safflower seed oil carried through natural scinence and analysed fatty acid,vitamine E and so on .The results showed:1. Safflower Seed average moisture content of 7.8%, crude fiber content of 25.63%, the ash content of 4.37%, crude protein content of 32.06%, fat content of 30.18%, pure oil content over 50%. So Safflower Seed is a comprehensive utilization of high-value valuable oil resources.2. On the trial, we realize that the quantity,containing water and grain have obviously influence on supercritical extraction technology by Carbon Dioxide fluid. On this trial condition, we can get optimal effect on quantity content of 250g,contenting water contents of 8%, and crush degree 30.3. Up the pretreatment condition. Crossing single-factor trial obtaining every effect factor reentry hand over trial on the condition: extraction press 30MPa,extraction 40℃,flux 12L/h,time 120min,separate pressure 8MPa,separate temperature 35℃around.4. According to extraction pressure,extraction temperature,extraction time,flux of carbon dioxide acts as variable processes four-factor two-hypo-correctitude circumrotate combination design. Get through trial and result analyzing ,we get four-factorial most optimal combination: extraction temperature 37℃,extraction pressure 30.5MPa,flux 16L/h,extraction time 120min. we get know that extraction pressure> extraction temperature > Carbon Dioxide flow > extraction time and every factor have significant interaction.5. Comparing with Soxhlet extraction method and solvent extraction method, extraction by Carbon Dioxide have special advantage such as short time,efficiency high and done lipidic come unglued, partly decoloring,doffing, so it is a scientific extraction method. It is have special advantage using extraction by Carbon Dioxide, have very development foreground.6.According to measure the seed oil by extraction by Carbon Dioxide, we know that 148.67g/100g iodine value, 192.58mg/g saponification value, acid value 0.79mg/g, 1.4700 refractive index, vitamin E content 146mg/100g linoleic acid content as high as 83.52% and 8.91% oleic acid content, saturated fatty acid content of 5.7%. So it is a functional oil, have high value in use.
