According to the standard and index value of water, water quality evaluation is synthesizing to evaluate the water quality and providing scientific basis for the management of water environment through established mathematic models. It is continuous of water quality but never the density of pollutants. So using particular rating standards to evaluate the water pollution degree is unappropriate.The water pollution damage rate model has a clear physic meaning when connecting the water quality with its damage degree. But because of the characteristic of pollutants, the value of parameters are different and inconvenience for use. Firstly this thesis substitutes monitor densities with opposite values which divided by monitor densities with densities of standard classâ… .Then we can believe that parameters have nothing to do with the characteristic of pollutants. Secondly, based on the principle of minimum close degree this text structures weight value model according to the the water synthesize pollution damage rate model. Finally, in order to increase the calculate accuracy and the capacity of optimization,I choose the accelerating genetic algorithms to calculation based on the Matlab Genetic Algorithms Tool Box .Through the analysis of solid example and the verification to the model, it shows that the result has highly consistency to the water quality and the method of this thesis is more reasonable.
