This paper studies overhaul waste water of ChongQing general natural gas purification Yinjin plant, using Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) reactor to research in the waste water pretreatment experimental.Studing on the influence of various factors to the mesophilic temperature UASB which dispose overhaul waste water of natural gas purification plant through changing each kind of influence factor,Concluding the most factor combination of the mesophilic temperature UASB which dispose overhaul waste water of natural gas purification plant;Inferring the dynamics model of the UASB reactor dispose overhaul waste water of natural gas purification plant in laboratory as well as the project feasibility of the UASB reactor dispose overhaul waste water of natural gas purification.Through this paper experimental study,we has drawn the following conclusion:1,through changing various factors experiment to obtain the data and the union theoretical analysis, considered conomy and operation aspect question,Concluding the most factor combination of the mesophilic temperature UASB which dispose overhaul waste water of natural gas purification plant: When COD density of enters the water is 6000mg/L, nitrogendensity 40mg/L~320mg/L, phosphorus density 7mg/L; Alkalinity 2000mg/L;The temperature in reactor arrive at 35~37°C;The pH maintain at 6.8~7.2;The Organic Volume Loading Rate control 1.5kgCOD/(m~3d) , the water power loading rate control0.5m~3/(m~2·d).2,analyzed the matrix degraded,the growed microorganism,the aerodynamics of produced in the mesophilic temperature UASB which dispose overhaul waste water of natural gas purification plant.Through the experimental data,we have calculated the matrix dynamics parameter,and discovered it relation to the temperature,the water residented time,matrix density,the external condition to concern and so on.3,The UASB which used experimental definite diposes overhaul waste water of natural gas purification plant under the mesophilic temperature, It is feasible in the technology, reasonable in economy and reliable in the operation. It can receive the good environment benefit and can be used in the project.The conclusion of this paper is useful to find a way which can dipose overhaul waste water of natural gas purification plant economically and effective, it can be reference to processing craft and engineering design.
