| This study is to solve the decentralized production process of small slaughterhouses in high concentration organic wastewater treatment problems.Test on the physicochemical,biochemical unit(unit UASB process,anaerobic biological filter,biological contact oxidation,SBR process,MBR process)to study the effect and influence factor of slaughterhouse wastewater treatment.Through the optimization of each biochemical process to separate and coupling process operating parameters,and the effects of different factors on the process in the system of microbial growth characteristics and treatment effect;at last,analyzed the effect on removal of slaughter house wastewater by anaerobic aerobic process,different combinations of screening process,optimal combination plan,draw the following main conclusions:Physical and chemical processing units,by comparing the coagulation air floatation and the effect of coagulation sedimentation process of slaughtering wastewater treatment,examine the kinds of coagulants,o-phenylenediamine,pH,temperature of coagulation air floatation and coagulation precipitation effect.Determine the slaughter wastewater physico-chemical treatment the best coagulant for PAC,optimum dosage of 50 mg/L,and PAM as coagulant aid.By contrast,the coagulation air floatation is more suitable for slaughter waste water processing,the range of pH is suitable in 5.43~8.51,the range of temperature is suitable for 14~28 ℃,the suspended matter in raw water,a lot of material such as fat away after being gas float to the surface,the improvement of water quality have larger,inlet COD averages 2385mg/L,the effluent COD averages 856mg/L,the average removal rate was 64.1%,reduces the load of the follow-up biochemical process,improve the treatment effect.Biochemical treatment unit of anaerobic process choose UASB,anaerobic biological filter,aerobic process choose SBR,biological contact oxidation and MBR.UASB startup time should be 6 weeks,and anaerobic biological filter for four weeks,the start time is shorter.Slaughter wastewater quality floating is bigger,anaerobic biological filter resistance to impact load ability not equal to UASB reactor,and the process is easy to jam.SBR with the improved process,determine the period for 8h,instantaneous,the water aeration 4h,oxygen mixing 3h,let stand for 1h and drainage,nitrification and denitrification effect is obvious,good water quality.Biological contact oxidation pool to run for a long time,the biological membrane,effluent turbidity is higher,water quality deterioration.MBR as a membrane process,water pump suction,the efficiency is low.MBR membrane silk easy broken wires,plug,influence of membrane flux,suction increases,power consumption also increase accordingly.Coupling stage choose UASB-SBR,anaerobic biological filter-biological contact oxidation,UASB-filtered MBR technology combination.One study found that,after the coupling of several sets of process water denitrification effect is not good,analyze reasons for slaughter wastewater B/C is greater than 0.5,biological sex is good,have to get rid of most of the organic matter in anaerobic phase,aerobic treatment stage of insufficient carbon source for the growth of microorganism,weak denitrification reaction,total nitrogen removal rate is low.Slaughterhouse wastewater treatment to explore suitable for C/N,so choose adjustment anaerobic HRT,to improve the effluent COD,improve the later stages of C/N,for subsequent aerobic process provides sufficient carbon source.Plus carbon source to deal with the sewage to increase the cost of sewage denitrification,make full use of the organic matter in wastewater,not only makes the sewage denitrification,make wastewater COD further degradation at the same time,through a series of experiments when anaerobic effluent C/N ratio of 5:1~7:1 denitrification effect is better.From the long time running effect,economy,comprehensive analysis of energy utilization,UASB-SBR treatment effect is good,the technology mature,reliable and stable effect,at the same time can also easily recycled biomass and waste recycling.So choose UASB-SBR for optimum combination process.Slaughterhouse wastewater UASB process optimal operation parameters:temperature is 35 ± 1 ℃,pH control in 7.0-7.5,HRT for 4 h,the degradation of COD,the water to the back of the improved A2/O-SBR process for carbon source.After a coupling and optimization of UASB-SBR process,stable effluent water quality during the main indicators can meet the national integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB8978-1996)in the primary standard,water quality effect is good. |
