The crisis of water resources is more and more serious. Pit water resources are an important constituent of solving the crisis of water resources. Thus the different technologies to enhance the comprehensive benefit of pit water processing have many positive senses. Firstly, the present paper theoretically founds the theoretical basis of using magnetic technology in processing pit water, then the use based on the retrieval literature and the actual experimental condition carries on the experiment to design, and the testing in the experimental process according to the actual situation undertakes the function of the revision, finally carries on the analysis to the empirical datum. The paper is completed according to the data analysis and the knowledge of retrieval literature, the thesis provides the exploration data and the suggestion of using magnetic engineering research in pit water processing.Pit water can serve as one of important water resources to deal with the more and more serious problem of water resources in world, particularly in China, while most of polluted pit water resulted from suspended soild. In order to improve the treatment level of pit water, this paper, based on the theory of water and wastewater magnetic treatment, designed two treatment technology for pit water including signle magnetic treatment, magnetic and added flocculant combination treatment according polluted characteristics of pit water. The results showed that under the magnetic intensity range of 0-0.5T conditions, trend between surface tension and conductivity for pit water demonstrated different. After the treatment of magnetization, surface tension for pit water showed decreased, but conductivity increased. Results also showed that under the same magnetic intensity range, treatment efficiency for pit water was not obvious without added flocculant, but most of data revealed magnetic treatment could improve pit water precipitation. Further, under the same condition and added flocculant, there was a good treat efficiency for pit water, and better if added magnetic flocculant. This paper explored first new concepts and technologies for pit water treatment. And information from results in this paper could provided better insight into efficient and effective treatment of water and wastewater as water resource.
