The electrode regulation is one of the important units of three phase ARC furnace, which has directly relation with the efficiency of the ARC furnace. Normally, The mode of electrode regulation is comparing sample current of three phase with the reference, and regulate current according deviations through the way of regulation the height of electrodes separately. In this situation a problem raise that the coupling current of three phases affect each other, which cause the result that three phase electrodes are regulated again and again. It is one of the reason why current fluctuate and can not come back to balance in short time. Obviously, it will cause consumption increasing , efficiency decreasing. on the other hand, in the traditional control model, the paraments of PID is stationary, with advantages of simple ,but as the limit of conditions , normally, the paraments PID is difficult to be best. Specially, in case of changeable with time .this article ,present a new control mode , which solve the above problems with clecoouple and adjust paraments PID with artificial neural networks separately, for the purpose of testify , in the end of this article author simulation of this control mode with arm of MATLAB .
