Study On Development Of Hainan Natural Rubber Industry Chain

In recent years, the theory of agricultural industry chain applied in a wide range, and effectively extends the agricultural industrial chain. Agricultural is no longer confined to the primary industry, and including the agricultural products processing industry and circulation industry, even eco-tourism industry which are the original second and third industries. It has great significance to adjust the industrial structure of agriculture and to attract investment and increase the income of peasants in China. Natural rubber production chain connect with the supply of natural rubber , natural rubber early processing, deep processing, storing and marketing aspects into an organic whole ,and organize , coordinate ,and control the human, financial, objects, information, technology and other elements'flows in order to promote the overall maximize benefit of natural rubber industry chain. Effective industrial chain is benefit to increase Hainan natural rubber'value and improve the natural rubber industry's overall competitiveness.In this paper, the agricultural industrial chain management theory, transaction cost theory, the optimization of the industrial structure theory and gray Association theory have been appropriately used. By using empirical and theoretical research methods, the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, and the concrete and abstract industrial methods, I have analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of upstream farmers(NR and private natural Rubber Development), analyzed the Organization chain , the information chain, value chain, logistics chain analysis of Hainan Natural Rubber Industry plastic chain, and analyzed the Hainan natural rubber output and its affecting factors by Gray Association theory. According to the above analyzing, specific recommendations had made: one, it is necessary to deepen the reform of state-owned natural rubber, and develop the production of private natural rubber; Second, we must respect the laws of market economy, and increase the government's policy support; Third, we must strengthen the basic theory of natural rubber, and promote the practical application of natural rubber production technology; forth, building match organization which is suitable for the development of the natural rubber, establish a third-party information flow, enhancing management of information chain, Constructing value Joint Analysis Center, achieving natural rubber industry to maximize the value of the chain, increasing input in the logistics chain and logistics standardization, and developing third-party logistics.The main structure is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction , which main introduces the background of the study, the scope of the study, the purpose of the study , the domestic and international progress of the field of research ,a study on ways and ideas, and the innovation and inadequate.The second chapter is related theories, mainly introducing the agricultural industrial chain management theory, the transaction cost theory, optimization of the industrial structure theory and gray relational theory. The chapter is the theoretical foundation. The third chapter describes the advantaged of Hainan natural rubber'nature, technology, market demand, and describes Reclamation and the private development of the natural rubber respectively, the lack of a common disadvantage.Chapter IV establishes the rubber analytical framework of Hainan natural, and analyzes the organization, information, values, and logistics of the Hainan Natural Rubber Industry Chain.Chapter V analyses the Hainan Rubber Production and its impact factors by gray-correlation.
