Along with the development of the network and communication technologies, the automation technology develops into intelligence, information and internet aspects. It's necessary to adopt monitoring technology to enhance the operation and management of equipment for ensuring the safety of the automatic processing equipments and work pieces in modern machinery manufacturing system, avoiding a major accident, improving productivity and the utilization of CNC machine tools.This article researches on the CNC machine state monitoring system based on integrated control system of workshop digital equipment. Taking a case of Mitsubishi NC system, it focuses on the NC machine state information extraction methods and uses monitoring software to establish monitoring system. The main research work and results are as follows:1. The article is based on the study of the NC workshop's operation model and analysis the demand of the monitoring system. It establishes architecture of the NC machine state monitoring system based on integrated control system of workshop digital equipment.2. The article researches on CNC machine state information extraction technology, taking a case of Mitsubishi NC system, which involves the state of information classification and categorization based on fully understand the principles and features of CNC machine, and uses the user-mode process to extract part of NC machine state information.3. The article adopts modular design approach and uses MCGS to program machine condition monitoring, which causes the system has a friendly man-machine interface. The software can achieve the machine run-time parameters, NC machining program upload / download and monitor the process of the NC machine changed knife.4. The article tests the main functions of the monitoring system from both hardware and software aspects. The result of the experiment shows the rationality of this NC machine state monitoring system and the feasibility of control scheme.
