Taking Shandong Longkou Mining Group Liang’s coal mine monitoringsurveillance monitor system and communication automation system projectconstruction as an example, the paper analyzed the coal monitoring surveillancemonitor system and the application of some of the cutting-edge technology in Chinacoal mine industry.The paper mainly elaborates the general idea of Yuncheng Coal Mine’sinformation construction, and designed DLP scheduling control screen of the LEDlight, hardware platform of double-loop dual redundant industrial Ethernet ringnetwork and software platform set of data communication, processing, acquisition,control, and coordination integrated intelligent judgment, graphic display for theintegrated data applications. It is achieved the real-time monitoring of the entireprocess of production of the mine Safety and Command, formatted of a scientificsystem of standard evaluation system. The paper grasps mine production and safetyhazards and improve the mechanical and electrical equipment maintain the qualityand management decision-making level, to further optimize the allocation ofresources.With centralized monitoring of Liang Coal mine production process, the papercombines the monitoring integration technology, integrated automation systemapplication, design and implementation of Yuncheng Coal Mine of informationconstruction work, enhance Yuncheng Coal mine of information the constructionapplication level. It hopes to playa certain role in promoting informationconstructionof the coal industry.
