| Ordered mesoporous zirconia is not only has remarkable properties,such as the uniformity of pore structure and pore size,high specific surface areas and pore volume, but also is P-semiconductor, easy to produce oxygen hole for it has acidic and alkaline surface of the center. So it has good adsorption properties with potential use as sewage treatment and catalytic supports. And so it's very significant to study the preparation and characterization of mesoporous zirconia. In this work, mesoporous zirconia is synthesized with simple hydrothermal method and sol-gel method,using cheap domestic sodium dodecylsulfonate as the template and zirconyl chloride as zirconal source.Besides,we have done the preliminary study on the adsorption properties of the product.The researches are as follows:1.The hexagonal and cubic mesoporous zirconia is prepared by hydrothermal method. We discussed the surfactant concentration in preparation of mesoporous zirconia and studied the effects of temperature, reaction time, and zirconium salt concentration on the perparation result.Besides We have elicited preliminary inferance that the mechanism of hexagonal mesoporous zirconia may be S-I+ mechanism and cubic mesoporous zirconia may be S-X+I- mechanism.2.We have prepared hexagonal mesoporous zirconia with Sol-gel method.We discussed the preparation of mesoporous zirconia required surfactant concentration and studied the infection of temperature, reaction time, zirconium salt concentration .3.We investigated the effect of mesoporous zirconia on adsorption behaviors of Xylenol orange and Mordant Black T. Comparing with the simple zirconia we found mesoporous zirconia has greater specific surface area and is more conducive to the absorption. And we have studied the effects of temperature and pH on the adsorption properties of mesoporous zirconia . We have studied the adsorption mechanism in a preliminary level. The mechanism in acidic and alkaline conditions is different and acidic condition is preferable to adsorption. We compared the adsorption behaviors of Xylene cyanol,Bromocresol green ,Methyl red,Methyl orange ,Indigo carmine and Chrome-Azceol. The results indicated that the mesoporous zirconia has high selectivity . |
