The objective of the paper is to improve the manufacture precision of the TK7640 CNC Milling Machine, based on foreign & domestic achievement. According to the current status and the existing problem of the research of movement error compensation, the paper analysises the 3-axes CNC milling machine and applies the multisystem error analysis theory to build the general model of movement error of CNC machines. The multisystem is the most comprehensive & integrated abstract and the efficient description of universal mechanical systems. On the base of multisystem kinematics, the traditional multisystem theory and the application status on practical engineerings, the paper develops the multisystem error analysis theory from 3×3 matrix to 4×4. The describing of the relative orientation between the objects becomes more convenient, which establishing a stable theory foundation for the analysing & modeling of CNC machine error.The paper ,aiming at 3-axes CNC machine ,discusses the calculating method of error compensation ,and taking the advantage of dual laser interference apparatus, measures the displacement and non-vertical error, and then according to the practical status analysis gains the each single error.Given the error parameters of the machine movement model and the error parameters after being recognized,the movement error of the TK7640 CNC machine can be compensated, and the route of tool and the relationship between CNC instruction and the tool route can be achieved. The adjusted instructions can improve the precision of TK7640 .For the intention of validate the correctness of the error compensation system ,the paper does large numbers of experiments, and gets an ideal tool route, an actual tool route and an adjusted tool route,which makes it intuitional to see the effect and also approves the error compensation method right. The paper builds a strong base for future applications of practical productions.As the limitation of time and knowledge, the CNC instruments is transformated manually ,which is trouble. So in the future research, a set of software should be developed to finish automatically.
