The method developed can be recommended for routine multi-element analysis of distilled spirit and beer. The results are satisfired. The study of distilled spirit and beer indicates that the content of elements in distilled spirit is concerned with producing area,producing time, deposited time and the different degree. There is a huge distinction of the elements contents between beers that have different packing and different alcoholicity. In general, famous overseas beers have more contents of nutritious elements than domestic ones.
