Distilled spirit and beer are both one of the favorest beverages. There are kinds of trace elements in it, and they are imported from various procedure of production. This trace elements are not only related with quality of the drinks, but also the health of human being.A microwave assisted digestion procedure has been developed for digestion of 99 kinds of distilled spirit and beer samples prior to the atom absorption spectrometry and the inductively coupled plasma-mass determination of their elemental composition. The method developed can be recommended for routine multi-element analysis of distilled spirit and beer. The results are satisfired. The study of distilled spirit and beer indicates that the content of elements in distilled spirit is concerned with producing area,producing time, deposited time and the different degree. There is a huge distinction of the elements contents between beers that have different packing and different alcoholicity. In general, famous overseas beers have more contents of nutritious elements than domestic ones.
