Analysis Compare Of Machine Pick Up Cotton And Hand Pick Up Cotton' Capability Indexes

The article studies about cognizing deeply and particularly Machine pick up cotton and its capability indexes, becouse it is only way to develope economic to extend Machine pick up cotton in main producting cotton base of Xinjiang. The dates of the article collected from testing indexes of HVI testing instrument in Production Construct Regimentals of Xinjiang. And dates are analyzed by SPSS13.0 so as to find out the difference and sameness of Machine pick up cotton and Hand pick up cotton'capability indexes. Meanwhile the cotton fibre'capability indexes was analyzed by the Hierarchical Cluster method according to pluck ways, time, place and breed. The result illustrates that some particular capability indexes of Machine pick up cotton are not worse than Hand pick up cotton', some of them are a little better than Hand pick up cotton', but as a whole Hand pick up cotton'capability indexes is better than Machine pick up cotton'. Hand pick up cotton can spin 40s yarn and even more 60s, Machine pick up cotton can spin about 20s, the most is 40s. It is higher to spinning quality and spinning cost of Machine pick up cotton than Hand pick up cotton'. The result of pick-up method'Cluster Analysis is that they can be divided into two classes in accordance with real condition, namely Machine pick up cotton than Hand pick up cotton. The cluster items first are collected by different places according to pick-up method, to illustrate that cotton fibre quality mainly varies with places, and also are affected by time and breed. This study helps to know more Machine pick up cotton and the diference and sameness of Machine pick up cotton and Hand pick up cotton, and impels Machine pick up cotton'extending in Xinjiang. It is beneficial to Machine pick up cotton'grade check-up, standard emend of Machine pick up cotton and matching cotton. The study can provide significative reference for all relatives. While through measuring off Machine pick up cotton'capability indexes can improve corresponding spinning technics to help to advance quality of thin yarn, heightening spinning efficiency and lowering spinning cost.
