With the industry developing, the product has transferred a various of kinds.Themanufacture of vehicle trend are changing form big batch to variety and little batch. Inorder to satisfy customer variety requirement, meet the severity competition of vehiclemarket. The manufacture of vehicle in the world reduce down the cycle of model,speedup to change the type and improve the effective of manufacture. Automatic jig ofmanufacture and delivery are designed to meet this development. But how to deliver a bigpiece of material after high temperature and then press molding. The biggest question ismet restricted factors: material is too big, soft and no strength. Pressure equipment is fourguide pole. So the material is put into machine from vertical of press equipment.It shouldbe used a big jig to pick up material when molding. The difficult point is hard to calculatemechanics performance of so large jig.This project analysis the trend of delivery jig of roof auto-produce line in and out ofaboard, and to define the structure of fixture. After Considering roof produce process,autosystem need many position to be obtained.so that to select ABB manipulator as power,which type of it is IR6200.The force are from cylinder to carry out automatic delivery.Simultaneity carry out the control through the single which connect PLC with wholesystem.The article is analyzing the character of material and the manufacturing processrequirement, combining theory of human simulation, mechanics theory. The fixturedesigned the constructive parameter with dynamo theory and intension calculation to setup dynamo mold.Then using UG software to design fixture construction mold,butbecause of the complex of fixture construction. In order to reduce the risk of development,through using ANSYS software to validate if the strength and feasibility are met ourrequirement. To ensure the precision of system, and get the capability design, then productit, validate the effective in the plant.
