| Most of trialkytin complexes have biological activity. Some of them were widely used as insecticide, bactericide and acaricide in agriculture. Some of mixed triorganotin complexes have multi-biologic activity. In order to study deeply on the relationships between the structure of mixed trialkyltin and their biologic activities. 11 new complexes containing silicon were synthesized and their methods of synthesis, structures, activities have been studied in this paper.(1) (Me3SiCH2) PhBuSnBr(2) (Me3SiCH2)Bu2SnBr(3) (Me3SiCH2)Bu2SnOCOArAr=-C6H4-H, -C6H4-F-p, -C6H4-Cl-p, -C6H4-Cl-m, -C6H4-Br-p, -C6H4-NO2-p, -C6H4-OCH3-p, -C6H4-CH3-p, -C6H4-NO2-m。Their structures were characterized by IR, 1H NMR,13C NMR and MS. The results indicated that the Sn atom of (Me3SiCH2)Bu2SnOCOAr is four-coordinated and didn't coordinate with oxygen of carbonyl. The activites which some of (Me3SiCH2)Bu2SnOCOAr have been tested, The preliminary bioassay tests showed that these complexes have a good sterilization and antiacarid activity.This preliminary research on a series of novel silicon-containing trialkyltin compounds with biological activities may enrich the study of organotin chemistry, and provide scientific basis for the exploitation of sterilization and antiacarid organotin compounds. |
