| The materials for experiments were Hypsizygus marmoreus (H. marmoreus, white and gray) fruit bodies that were cultured and produced in a factory. After treated by 60Co-irradiation and different package films, systematically studying its physiological, physical properties and storability during storage at 4±0.5℃,65~70% relative humidity,in order to determine the most suitable the condition of irradiation dose and kind of package film. Also analyzing the changes of superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT), polyphenoloxidase(PPO), proteinase, respiration rate, malonaldehyde(MDA) and relative leakage rate, and the relationship between them and senescence, browning and storability of H. marmoreus fruit bodies were revealed. Meanwhile, measuring, assaying and analyzing the changes of happening rate of aerial hyphae, reducing sugar, total sugar and soluble protein content of Hypsizygus marmoreus fruit bodies, and the relationship that linking to its quality. The results will be beneficial to provide integrative technologies for commercial storage of H. marmoreus fruit bodies.The effect 60Co-irradiation on post-harvest physiology and qualities of H.marmoreus (white) fruit bodies (white) were studied and reached the conclusion of optimum 60Co-irradiation was 0.8KGy, also it displayed optimum time and mode was 2 h exposure, the trays were inversed and irradiated for a further 2 h respectively. Then fruit bodies were stored at at 4±0.5℃and 65-70% relative humidity. The results showed that the senescence of H. marmoreus(white) fruit bodies were delayed, membrane integrity was reduced and brown stain was restrained, and directly leading to keep a good appearance and prolong a week of storage. The storage period was 25d. Meanwhile the effect of irradiation on sugar content, selectively enzymes and appearance of H. marmoreus fruit bodies were reveled.Furthermore, high dose of 60Co-irradiation(>1.6KGy) was adverse to storage and fresh keeping of H. marmoreus(white) and it damaged physiological properties and be associated with dose of 60Co-irradiation, more dose more hurting severely. Therefore, high dose was unsuitable for storage and fresh keeping to H. marmoreus (white).Effect of different package films on storage and fresh keeping of H. marmoreus fruit bodies (gray) was crucial. As to storage and fresh keeping for H. marmoreus fruit bodies(gray), the effect of PE films was quite influential, the effect that produced by PE11 package film than PE6s; the best kind of film was Finc. It restrained respiration rate, retained high activity of protective enzymes, remained nutritional elements and also kept good appearance of fruit bodies. Of course the kind of PVC and PO films also displayed a certain effect. The H. marmoreus fruit bodies (gray) were stored at least 24d under the Finc package film and percentage of integrity of fruit bodies was to above 95, and fresh keeping periods than PO package film that prolonged 10d.Though H. marmoreus fruit bodies (gray) and H. marmoreus fruit bodies (white) were a same species, but not a subspecies. Based on not only the first time of aerial hyphae of H. Marmoreus appearing, but also its amounts of appearing, the H. marmoreus fruit bodies (gray) easier to happen the above all than H. marmoreus fruit bodies (white) under the same condition. |
