In remote control welding power supply, following problems are generally existed in current remote control soldering machine.â‘ In wired remote control soldering machine, carrier wave is carry by welding cable which is coupled capacitive or inductive. It can generate signal distortion and make the carried data inaccurate;â‘¡Welding controller is too big to carry conveniently by welders who weld in wireless remote control soldering machine;â‘¢Welding current operator based wireless transmission adopt one way, which make stepping motor rotated definite angle to adjust center tap in potential device or potential transformer, to adjust accuracy. This way of adjusting current can make lager error;â‘£Existing welding wireless remote control technology commonly is single- channel-data transmission ,and can not feedback welding information. Our country is in the modernized construction. So there is great need of welding remote control technology in the fields of huge bridge, ship craft, high-rise building,field working and so on. So the technology of wireless remote control inverting welding power supply is put forward.The present condition and trend of the remote control welding technology is analyzed firstly in this article. The construction of modern inverting welding power is analyzed and the whole frame of remote controlled inverting welding power equipment is defined. A modal machine of wireless remote controlled inverting TIG welding power is developed. The equipment can be divided into the wireless remote control section and the single chip controlled TIG inverting welding power. The two parts adapt smartly and appropriately by the software and the hardware. On one hand, centre circuit controlled by the single chip can give welding current according to the requirement. Consequently, the output of welding power can be controlled logically. On the other hand, wireless communication between wireless remote control equipment and inverting welding power supply machine is implemented, setting up the reliable and fast point-to-point communication of wireless remote control inverting welding power supply equipment. Thus, the working statement of real-time monitoring inverting welding power supply controlled by wireless remote control equipment comes true.The hardware design of the wireless remote inverting welding power supply machine is illustrated in this article. The wireless remote control equipment includes minimum system circuit of DSP TMS320VC5402, external circuit of C5402, the interface circuit between C5402 and the master Bluetooth circuit, C5402 and its the external LCD display screen and so on. In the inverting welding power supply part, the center control circuit with the ADuC812 single chip as the core,exterior interface circuit of the single chip,the interface circuit between the single chip and the Bluetooth,the man-machine interface circuit is designed . We use modularized programmer software in the wireless remote control of inverting welding power machine, Modularized programmer software in the wireless remote control inverting welding power supply machine ,and the inquired mode modularized programmer software in the wireless remote control of inverting welding power machine are used. Welding mode of single chip controlled TIG inverting DC is finished, The wireless communication protocol between the central controlled system of single chip and the DSP wireless remote controlled system is implemented.The test demonstrates that the wireless remote-controlled system can control working state of the inverting power supply precisely and stably in the range of 100 meters.
