Nanosized magnetic material is the spot light of material in the future. The soft magnetic ferrite has the properties of much variety and broad application in soft magnetic materials. MnZn ferrite is a sort of important magnetic materials and has a better prospect. The preparation and properties of soft magnetic MnZn ferrites were discussed in this paper.There are several methods of preparation of fine powder in this paper. It is focus on the emphasis of the co-precipitation phase transformation, the agglomerated particles and liquid-phase doping on properties of nanosized MnZn ferrite.The physical and magnetic properties of the soft magnetic MnZn ferrite powders were measured by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and X-ray fluorescent spectrometry, respectively.It is concluded that the method of boiling reflux transformation is more operational convenience and more control on technological conditions by the analysis on the combination property of different preparation methods. The grain size of sample is about 20nm, which is better uniform and spheric shape. The saturation of magnetization is more intensive and has a better prospect.It can be received better effect by the physical and chemical dispersion. In this process, physical way was used to decompose the glomeration, and doping agent to obtain stabilization particle.To improve the propertiers of materials, it can be adopted the method of liquid-phase doping. The results show that the combination property of sample is the most optimal one when the content dopants is 0.1%.
