Along with persistent development and production in the national oil field, most of them were confronting high water containing period, in which water content was coming to 80 percent or even 90 percent. Due to water content raise in successive years,the oil production declined continuously,the quality of oil product was more complex, these all made oil dewatering too difficult. So method of emulsions separated is very important to the process of oil convergence and transportation, machining, and environment protection. Emulsions would not only influence the life of instruments, pipelines and store tank, but although contaminate environment and waste oil resources. Certain extent of disfigurement exist in conventional treating method presently, so it is imperative under the situation to research new type of oil-water separation.Demulsification is critical to oil-water separation, the composition, configuration and stability were analysed in this paper. plentiful experiment depended on diesel oil and tap water from Daqing was researched the influence of radiate time, static duration, power of microwave and zeta potential of oil-gas interface on the effect of emulsification separation, and microwave method was compared to conventional water bath heating method. The result indicated that the method which treat sewage with microwave have time-saving,economy,good processing effect, feasibility of extremely high. It has the very good application foreground.
